Description

The trace element zinc is involved in a multitude of metabolic reactions within the body, controls numerous biochemical processes and plays an essential role in protein and lipid metabolism. Since zinc is supplied exclusively through food intake, vegan/vegetarian diets, food intolerances and unbalanced eating habits pose a challenge to the body’s zinc balance. Daily dosage: Take 2x 5 drops (= 30 mg zinc/300 % NRV) orally
